This programme is designed for students to gain a better understanding of the comprehensive management and technical skill as well as the fundamentals of business, management, marketing, economics and accounting for a successful career in the hospitality industry. Students will not only acquire practical skills in all major aspects of the hospitality industry such as food production, food service and accommodation but also exposed to leadership and soft skills that will mold them into competent graduates who are highly employable worldwide.
